18 Hip Flexor Stretches For Beautiful Inverts

Gorgeous inverts are basically the ice cream sprinkles of the aerial world. They just have a way of adding that extra punch to a performance or sequence.


If you want to up your invert game, hip flexor stretches are the way to do it. Limber hip flexors will not only lead to beautiful inverts, but also increase overall flexibility (while also decreasing your chances of injury).


Beautiful inverts are something every aerialist is continuously working on — either to improve them or maintain them. However, we guarantee if you spend half an hour every day cycling through these 18 stretches, you’ll see a noticeable difference in your flexibility and inverts within 30 days.
